■Tracking number
A tracking number will be emailed to the registered email as soon as the products ship.

■Delivery
Please expect around 1-2weeks for delivery items to reach your destination.
It takes about 2-5 days to process your order before shipping.
After the product is shipped, we estimate about 1 week time to reach you, depending on the country.

* During the Christmas Season (18th November - 11th December), all items will be delivered before Christmas Eve day.

■About covid restrictions
Due to the Covid-19 effect, there are some countries that we cannot deliver items to from Japan.
Normally, you will not be able to select those countries. However because the covid restrictions change all the time, sometimes you may be able purchase through the system.
If you accidentally purchase items to deliver to any of the countries that we cannot ship to, we will let you contact through email and provide you a full refund.
